Amit D Mishra is the Founder & CEO of iMocha, a comprehensive online skills assessment solution that enables tech hiring managers, learning and development professionals to quantify skills and assess job fit candidates faster. With over 21 years of relevant experience in the industry, Amit started his career as a software developer at IBM, where he gained skills and confidence that helped him in his entrepreneurial journey. Amit's entrepreneurial spirit led him to start his first IT Services venture, Radix Business Solution, where he realized that an entrepreneur needs to have multiple skills to solve a wide range of problems across the organization. This led him to think deeply about the topic of "skills" and the importance of measuring skills in talent acquisition, project team allocation, workforce learning, and development. While sipping a White Mocha, Amit had an idea that looked like a mission of creating "a job-fit world." This led to the birth of Interview Mocha, a skill assessment solution that became the most comprehensive in the market. Amit's passion for adding value and having a purpose every day drives him, and he loves helping people with their careers, jobs, creativity, or business. Amit's past experience includes being the Director of Business Development at EcoTech IT Solutions, where he headed the Business Development and Key Accounts team, drove the growth of Fortune 1000 accounts, created and grew new territories, and led a team of Inside Sales, Business Development, Pre-sales, Marketing & Account Management. He also founded and served as CEO of Radix Business Models, a boutique tech services firm focused on business automation using IBM Lotus and other platforms. Amit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Amravati University. He is a software engineer by trade and has a keen dedication towards technology-driven business transformations.
